How can I masquerade as one of our learners?

From time to time, something may come up where it would be easier if you could go in as one of your learners to see what they are seeing.

Our masquerade feature allows Org Admins to go in as users in the organization to see what they can see on their end. If you don't see this option, please submit a support ticket or contact our customer success team to request that it be added to your organization.

From your HQ Dashboard, go to your Accounts tab and choose Users.

Search for the learner you would like to masquerade.

Click the dropdown arrow to the right of the Edit button.

Click Masquerade.

You will now see that you are logged in as that learner.

Click "Go to Learn".

You will see that you are now on the Learn side of this user and can see everything they can.

When you are ready to go back to your own account, Click HQ.

Once you are on the HQ side, click Unmasquerade.
