How can I masquerade as one of our learners?

Occasionally, situations may arise where you need to access a learner's account to better understand their experience and view the platform from their perspective.

This feature is not automatically activated. To enable it, please submit a support ticket requesting activation.

The masquerade feature enables Org Admins to log in as users within the organization, providing them the ability to view the platform from the users' perspective.

From your HQ Dashboard, go to your Accounts tab and choose Users.

Search for the learner you would like to masquerade.

Click the dropdown arrow to the right of the Edit button.

Click Masquerade.

You will now see that you are logged in as that learner.

Click "Go to Learn".

You will see that you are now on the Learn side of this user and can see everything they can.

When you are ready to go back to your own account, Click HQ.

Once you are on the HQ side, click Unmasquerade.
