# How do you export a report with a total time spent?

### You may want to run a report that shows the total time your learners have spent in MobileMind.

You can do that by going to **Reports** and then **Leaderboards**. From the drop down menu, choose **Total Time Spent**.

You will see the **total time** for your entire district and the total time for each user.

You can export this report into a CSV by clicking **EXPORT TOTAL TIME** in the upper right corner.

Your CSV will have headings for **Assessment Time Spent** (micro-courses), **Event Time Spent** (live events), **External Time Spent** (request credit or suggested events), and then the **Total Time Spent** for all of those categories.

If you need the time to be in hours, you can use the formula =(I2/60). You can then just copy that cell and paste it into the other ones in the column and it will adjust to the row accordingly.
