View Waitlist Numbers
You can now see your waitlist numbers if you have at least one person on the list on the same place you see other RSVP numbers. You will also see the number in the Participant or Session Export.


Session Indicator on Backpack PDF
You will now see a session indicator on your Backpack PDF and it will correspond with the color of the session.

Same Level Titles and Points Throughout a Rubric
You now have the option to create default criteria level titles and points. At this time, you will need to create the level titles and points for your first criterion, but after that, when you add an new criterion the defaults will pre-populate for you.
(In our next update, you will be able to start with the defaults.)

Exclude PD during Verification Process
When verifying a learner’s professional learning, you can now mark specific items as N/A so they’re excluded from review and you don’t spend time re-checking anything already deemed not applicable.

Pop-Up Reminder when Emailing an Announcement
Before sending an announcement email, a pop-up will now appear asking you to confirm whether you’re messaging the intended group(s) or your entire district.

Learn Side Events- "Only My Events" has been moved outside of the filter box
We’ve moved the “Only My Events” toggle out of the filter panel so it’s easier to find. Note that individual sessions will not appear here, so learners should confirm they’ve RSVP’d to the conference.
Once you open the conference, you can use the "Only My Events" slider for the sessions.


Events HQ- Location Management Page Facelift
We’ve refreshed the Manage Locations page for easier navigation. All locations and rooms are now listed in alphabetical order, and you have a dedicated page to add new rooms or archive existing ones.

Events- Daily View
On days with a high volume of single events, the Events Daily View will now display in a streamlined list format instead of an agenda, making it easier to scan and manage. This update is currently available in HQ only and will be coming to Learn in the next deployment.
Embed Canva Designs in your Courses
You can now embed Canva designs directly into the Workspace Embed field on the course creation page. In Canva, open your design, select "Share", then "Embed" to copy the embed link. Paste that link into the Workspace Embed field on your course page.

XPD Always Available Moved
The XPD “Always Available” option has been moved above the date field to reduce confusion. When you select “Always Available,” the date field is no longer needed and will automatically disappear.
Edit Courses from Learning Path, Badge, and Mandated Training Creation Pages
When adding courses to Mandated Training, Badges, or Learning Paths, each course in the list now includes a link that takes you directly to that course’s Edit page.

Credit Type Filter on Explore & Events
You can now filter by Credit Type on the Explore page for courses and on the Events page.

Mandated Training Certificates Course List
Mandated Training certificates now list all individual courses included in the MT.

Genie Assistance for Objective Writing
(Only available to those with Summative access)
When writing your Professional Objective on your Summative Evaluation, there is now a handy link to the SMART Goal Writer AI Genie tool, that will copy the Rubric Domains you selected as your “Focus Areas” and pre-fill a prompt for Genie to help you write a goal. Once you have your goal, click the copy button, hit your back arrow twice and paste it in.
Please note... At this point, you can still adjust your Focus Area. Once you click submit, you can no longer edit the Focus Area or the Growth Objective.




HQ Events Filter- "Only My Events"
Users can now filter the HQ Events calendar for “Only My Events,” which will filter the calendar down to only events that you a) created yourself, or b) events where you have a personnel role.

Events: Scheduled Observations are Yellow & XPD is Green
Scheduled observations will now have the color yellow to differentiate between Events, Assignment Deadlines, Conferences, External PD.

HQ Events- Bulk Check-In & Update Credit
On the Participants tab for an event/conference/session in HQ, users can now select individual event participants via a checkbox, or “Select All”, and make bulk changes to all of them, including checking them into the event, or modifying the PD credit they’re awarded for attending.

Events: Rooms in Locations are now in Alphabetical Order
Rooms for all of your locations will now be listed in alphabetical order for more efficient management. However, stay tuned, we are going to be giving this page a facelift!

Learn Side Events- Visible Search Field
We moved the Search field for the Learn Events calendar out from the “Filter” dropdown to be always visible, added a magnifying glass icon to make it more immediately clear this is for searching.
