What are some important things to remember if I am new to MobileMind?
- If you are logging in on a laptop or desktop make sure you are using Chrome or Edge and that you have the MobileMind extension installed.
- If you do not have the extension installed on your computer, you will not see the Begin Challenge button.
- It is important to make sure you keep your Chrome browser updated. Here are directions for doing so.
- If anything in MobileMind isn't working like it should, please check to make sure Chrome is updated first and then refresh your screen once it updates.
- If you are logging in for the very first time and you will be using the mobile app, you will go through a short self-guided tour and then you will need to choose your job title.
