When learners login for the first time, they will answer a few questions that will determine the job title they are assigned. Job titles will be important if you want to differentiate PD based on job title rather than groups.

You do have the option to enter the job title for your learners by CSV upload, but if you do so, they will not complete the onboarding questions. If you choose this option, the job titles must match the options in MobileMind exactly. (see below)
If you choose to enter job titles prior to uploading we recommend you use the option to customize the Welcome to MobileMind email in your Org Settings and include a link to the Welcome to MobileMind course. (For more information on Org Settings, click HERE.)
