Where should we tell our teachers to go for support?
We would love to take as much off your shoulders as possible!
Turn support over to us by making sure your teachers know they can submit their own support ticket.
From the Learn side Dashboard, your teachers can go to the "Here for You" widget and either click on FAQ's for our support articles or they can click on Submit a Ticket and send us their question. They can also click their profile icon in the top blue banner on the right to find the link as well. Don't worry, if it is a question we can't answer, we will either reach out to you or we will tell them who to email to get their question answered.
You can send them THIS article if you'd like. Please remind them to include as many details as possible so we can get their question answered as quickly as possible.
