Why are active users being blocked each night?

If your district is rostering using ClassLink or MobileMind, but you are only rostering users with a classroom roster, anyone that does not have a classroom roster will be blocked each night.

Nightly Blocked List and ClassLink & Clever ID Numbers


If you are an org admin, you may have received an email with a list of users that were blocked via ClassLink or Clever. Some districts only roster teachers in those platforms that have a classroom roster. If this is the case, they may be blocked for that reason and need to be reactivated. You can now remove their ClassLink or Clever ID from the User Edit page. You will need to now manage this user manually instead of through ClassLink or Clever.
