How can I RSVP for a participant or check them into an event manually?

In order for  participant to show up on the list on the participants page, they need to have first interacted with the event, however, you can force the interaction if you need to RSVP for them or get them checked in to the event.

If a participant does not come up when you search for them in the participants list, it is because they haven't interacted with the event. You can force the interaction by clicking on Invite Learners.

Enter the participants first OR last name. When you click on their name, you will see a green line on the left side and click Invite Learners in the bottom right.

You can now search for their name and either change their RSVP status or check them into the event.
