How can I control settings for my district?

You can set your school year dates, school day times, and control who can see the Leaderboards with Organization Settings!

From your HQ Dashboard, click on your profile icon/image and choose Organization Settings.

Set the beginning and end dates for your school year. When you go to any of your reports, you can filter by school year. Learners can also filter by school year on their Backpack page from the Learn side.

If you need to see what time of day teachers are completing any courses, you can set the beginning and end of the school day. If you don't need this feature, you can leave it blank. You will see the time they completed the course, learning path, badge once you export your report.

You can also decide who should be able to see the Leaderboards on the Learn side. You can choose to allow everyone to see the entire district, only those in a group they are in (such as a school), or turn this off for everyone.
