How can I find out the last time my learners accessed MobileMind?

The access report provides a quick snap shot of every user in your MobileMind organization along with their email and the date they last accessed the MobileMind system.

This report can help to keep track of your licenses and ensure that they are being used effectively.

From your HQ Dashboard, click on Reports and choose Access. You can also add Learner Access to the Quick Actions on your left sidebar.

You can filter  by group if needed or search for a specific learner.

If you are a group admin or reporter, you will not see the option to filter by group. You will only see the groups that you are in.

You can choose to sort by first name, last name, or email address.

You can click export in the top right to download this report as a csv file.
