How can I get a report on a single learner?

The single learner report provides a comprehensive breakdown of all of the work completed and accomplishments earned by a MobileMind user.

From your HQ Dashboard, type in either the first OR the last name of the user you are looking for in the search box in the upper left of your dashboard. Click on the user you would like to view.

Their Backpack will come up and you can choose to download it as a CSV or a PDF if needed. 

You can also go to any learner's Backpack by clicking on their name from any report page.
