Leaderboard reports give you the option to run a report that will give you a number of courses completed, badges earned, total time spent, course time spent, or event time spent.
Using the leaderboard on the Learn side of MobileMind is a great way to let learners see where they are on the learn side and when you have a little friendly competition you can use Leaderboard reports to encourage them and select a winner!
Keep in mind this is just going to give you a number and won't be very detailed. If you need more detailed information, please go to Compliance Reports.
- To run Leaderboard report go to your HQ Dashboard and choose Leaderboards from the reports tab.
- First select the leaderboard that you are interested in viewing: Courses Completed, Badges Earned or Time Spent, etc.
- Select the group or groups you would like to view. If you are a group admin or reporter, you will not see this option
- You can filter by specific learner. You can also click on a learner's name to go to their Backpack.
- Filter by date range to narrow the reporting window or you can enter a custom date range.
- This will produce a list of learners with a count of the amount of courses, badges or time they have accumulated in the given date range. Click Export in the top right to download as a csv file.
