Please make sure you reach out to us before you get to that point of frustration. No worries! You are welcome to submit a support ticket any time you need. We don't want you to have to email your district leaders and then wait for them to check with us on anything. You can submit a support ticket yourself and we will do everything we can to get things resolved quickly. If it is something that someone from your district will have to answer, we will either tell you who to reach out to or we will reach out to them for you. #### When should you submit a support ticket? - Something doesn't seem to be working like it should. - You have submitted something more than twice and you think everything is correct. Please submit a support ticket when this happens. We have certified teachers that do the reviewing for us and they are human so sometimes make mistakes. If you are having trouble with a course, please enter the course title, for an event, please enter the event title. If applicable, please include the link to the course or the event. - Screenshots are also extremely helpful.
