We are always here to help in any way that can! Please make sure you reach out to us before you get to that point of frustration. Sometimes things are quick and easy fixes and other times, we may need to dig a little deeper to resolve things, but you can rest assured, we will get it resolved!

when to submit a ticket

Couldn't find what you were looking for in our knowledge base or maybe you simply don't have time to search the articles? No worries! You are welcome to submit a support ticket any time you need.

We don't want you to have to email your district leaders and then wait for them to check with us on anything. You can submit a support ticket yourself and we will do everything we can to get things resolved quickly. If it is something that someone from your district will have to answer, we will either tell you who to reach out to or we will reach out to them for you.

When should you submit a support ticket?

  • Something doesn't seem to be working like it should.
  • You have submitted something more than twice and you think everything is correct. Please submit a support ticket when this happens. We have certified teachers that do the reviewing for us and they are human so sometimes make mistakes. Again, please don't get to the point of frustration before reaching out to us.
  • You can't login.
  • You have a question about a course or an event.

  • From your MobileMind Dashboard, find the box that is titled "Here for You" and click on Submit a ticket.dashboard


  • Click your profile icon in the upper right of your blue MobileMind banner and choose Submit a Ticket.

  • Basic Info- Name, email address, district, and subject

  • Details- Please give us as many details as you possibly can so we can do a little research to help answer your question. Although we try to get things resolved as quickly as we possibly can, please choose a priority level.

  • Category- Depending on the category you choose, you will have other fields to fill out that will help us resolve your issue. If you are having trouble with a course, please enter the course title, for an event, please enter the event title. If applicable, please include the link to the course or the event.
  • Screenshots are also extremely helpful. If possible, please try to add a screenshot if you think it will help explain the question or issue.
