Details Page

Title and Description

  • You can change the title and description as needed. What you type in the description is what the participants will see on the conference card when they click on it. We suggest trying to keep this to a few sentences. You will have the option to add more information at the bottom of this page.
  • The district most likely put the date and time in so we do not recommend changing that without talking to your contact for the district.

12

Scroll down a little more and you will see the following:

  • Type: In-Person, Blended, or Virtual- If your session is blended or virtual, there will be a space for you to add your meeting link in the next section.
  • Category- This may have already been selected, so we recommend checking with yout district contact before changing this.
  • Banner Image- You can add a banner image if you would like. You can use this Canva template or this Google Drawings Template. You will need to download your banner as a PNG or JPG file in order to upload it.
  • Difficulty Level- You can select the appropriate level or leave this blank.
  • Tags- The tags make it much easier for participants to search for sessions they may be interested in attending. We highly recommend adding 3-4 tags.

13

Finally, you have the option to add some extra notes about your session.

14

Location Page

  • As the presenter, you do not have editing rights for this page. If you have a specific meeting link, please sent that to your district contact to get that added.

18

Related Courses & Support Contact

  • The district may have already added courses and/or learning paths they created in MobileMind as well as a support contact. You will not need to add anything for these fields.

19

Helpful Links and Attachments

  • You can add a link to your slide deck, website, or any other resources you may have for the participants. If you are recording your session, you can always come back after the event is over and add a link to a recording as well as any attachments you think might be helpful for the participants.
