      KnowBe4 integration setup

      This integration provides a centralized place for district administrators to track and report on completed KnowBe4 courses within MobileMind.

      If you'd like to view KnowBe4 training campaigns in the MobileMind HQ compliance report, follow these steps. 

      First in KnowBe4

      1. Go to the Account Settings page.
      2. Under Account Integrations > API, ensure "Enable Reporting API Access" is checked.
      3. Click "Reporting API"
      4. Click "Create New API Token"
      5. After creating the key, be sure to copy it.
      6. Save your key for the next steps in MobileMind.

      Next in MobileMind

      1. Go to Organization Settings at https://hq.mobilemind.io/org-settings.
      2. Paste the API key from KnowBe4 and click Save Settings. 
      3. Once the API key is saved, visit the compliance report https://hq.mobilemind.io/reports/compliance.
      4. Under the Content Type dropdown, a KnowBe4 option will now appear! Screenshot 2024-05-16 at 9.02.14 AM
      5. Select any training campaign.
