Learners can now easily submit requests for pre-approval before attending events. These forms can include various response types such as multiple choice, text, and date selections. Additionally, you have the flexibility to include multiple approval steps as needed. When you access a PD Credit Request, you will notice a new "Attach File" button. To do this, click on the "Preview" button on your course page, where you will find the option labeled "View in Learn." They now have the option to scroll to the bottom of the learning path and select the "Discontinue" button. To facilitate this, you can request the activation of the masquerade feature for your district by contacting Laura or Catherine or you can submit a support ticket. This feature allows Org Admins to temporarily assume the identity of other organization members, providing insight into their experiences.
