What will I see on my MobileMind Dashboard?

Let’s first take a look at how you can personalize your dashboard just a bit. To access your profile, click on the profile icon in the top right corner. From the dropdown menu, select 'Your Profile'.

In the Profile Images section, you can click or drag to upload a profile picture and customize your cover image.

To change your Learning Buddy, click 'EDIT' in the Learning Buddy section. A pop-up will appear allowing you to select your preferred Learning Buddy from a variety of choices. Once you've selected your new Learning Buddy, the change is instantly reflected on your profile.

To update your profile information, click the 'EDIT' button next to Profile Information. Here, you can change your first and last name. You can also adjust your time zone using the dropdown menu.

Under your time zone, you will notice that your job title can't be changed. If this job title doesn’t correlate to your current role, feel free to submit a support ticket to let us know and we will get that updated for you.

Add and update your presenter bio any time you'd like. This information is displayed when you are listed as an event presenter for any event that is created by your district administrators in MobileMind.

Remember to click 'Save Profile' to ensure all your changes are updated and stored successfully.

Below the 'Save Profile' button, you will see a list of 'Your Groups'. This section displays all the groups you are currently a member of.

If you need to join an additional organization such as Kami or Class Dojo for example, use the 'Join Organization' section at the bottom and enter the join code you were given and click 'Join.'

Now let’s head back to your dashboard and take a look at the left sidebar. Here you will see you can go straight to Learning Paths, Badges, as well as explore the entire library of courses available to you.

Now let’s take a look at the tabs in the top blue banner. Clicking 'In Progress' in the top bar will take you to an overview of all the learning content you have started, any courses where you have been given feedback and need to resubmit, as well as any courses you have submitted, but have not been reviewed yet.

Select the 'Events' option on the top navigation bar to access the Calendar view, where you can see all scheduled events.

The 'Backpack' tab is where you can find and store all your personal professional development achievements.

The 'Leaderboards' section allows you to view various leaderboards for achievements like badges, credits, or other criteria which might be fun if your school or district chooses to gamify your learning!

Finally, the last tab in your top blue banner will take you to the MobileMind Genie where you can enlist the help of our Genie to help with lesson plans, writing emails, writing prompts, and more!

Now heading back to your dashboard, under your cover photo, you will see a snapshot of all of your achievements and a button that will take you directly to your backpack where all of your achievements are stored.

The 'Next Up' section displays upcoming professional development, sorted by type, such as Mandated Training, Events, Courses, and Learning Paths. Clicking the 'Events' tab in the Next Up section will filter your list to show upcoming events, like 'Motivating Students'.

If your district chose to enable the 'Quick Links' feature you will see that panel on the right. It provides shortcuts to essential resources like the Facilities Use Request Form and maybe your District Website.

Back on the left side under 'Next Up', you will see any Learning Paths that have been assigned to you by your administrators. You will see the due date, how many days you have left to complete it, and a progress line.

Under Quick Links, you will see any announcements your leaders have posted, if any. A red line on the left indicates it is an important announcement.

And finally, you will see an easy access panel to your MobileMind Genie AI tools where you can enlist the help of our Genie to help with lesson plans, writing emails, writing prompts, and more!

If you ever need to get back to your dashboard simply click on our logo in the upper left corner.
