When should I have a conference vs a single event?

Think about it in terms of whether people will have a choice in what they are attending and how many rooms you will be using. If attendees will be in one room for an extended period of time, it is probably best to use the single event. If they have a choice of where they can go throughout the day, then conference is probably the better choice.

You also want to take into consideration how it will look on the MobileMind Events Calendar. If you have a lot of sessions taking place throughout one day, it will be very cluttered to add them all as single events.

If you are having a multi-day event, the dates need to be consecutive. If they aren't, then you will need to create separate events.
