What are some suggestions for rolling out MobileMind to our faculty and staff?

Although this is completely up to you, we have a few suggestions.

MobileMind allows teachers to choose their own professional learning path by
deciding what kind of structure you like when choosing to begin through learning
paths, earning badges, or simply using key words and other filtering options to
find the courses you want to take.
All videos are five minutes or less since we know you don’t always have an hour
to devote to professional learning.
Hands-on challenges with human feedback as well as courses you can complete
quickly by answering questions.
MobileMind also offers districts the ability to create their own courses, badges,
and learning paths as well as the opportunity to use courses that have been
created by other MobileMind districts and submitted to the community in HQ.
Create Events to allow teachers to register, check-in, and track on live
professional learning sessions.

We highly recommend going through the HQ Learning Path to familiarize
yourself with all of the HQ components. All of the videos are five minutes or
less so you can take it one step at a time and on an as needed basis!
If you aren’t ready to give others access to go in and create their own
content, you can always send them THIS template (we recommend sending
them a force copy). When they share the link to the doc, you can simply
copy and paste all of the information into the course creation page. The
template also gives you some helpful information about each section.
When you are ready, you can give others the role of creator and reviewer
for the organization (district) and they can go in and create their own
content (course, badges, goals, learning paths, announcements).

Send an email to introduce MobileMind to your teachers. Reminder, your
teachers will receive an email from us about how to get started. Encourage them to complete the Welcome to MobileMind course that will be suggested after they answer the onboarding questions.

Think about offering some incentives and using the Leaderboard to
