If you are going to use submission types that are manually reviewed, you will want to make sure you have enough reviewers to handle the amount of submissions you will receive.
Assigning Reviewers to your Courses
- To learn how to give someone the role of reviewer, see the article about the roles overview as well as editing users.
- When creating a course, you can select specific reviewers for courses with a manual review submission type.
- From the course creation page, select Text, URL, or Image submission type (the other types are automated review and do not require human reviewers).
- Click Add Reviewers
- Search for a user and click their name.
- Once you have everyone selected that you would like to review this submission, click Done in the bottom right.
- You will see the reviewers you selected at the bottom of the challenge page.
- If you have created Reviewer Groups, you can select a group instead of individuals.
- If you would like to learn how to create Reviewer Groups, click HERE.
- When you click the Publish button the selected reviewers will get an email informing them they have been assigned to a course and will also include a link to the reviewing page in HQ.
- Your reviewers can also have the option to get emails informing them there are submissions that need to be reviewed.
- From their HQ dashboard, click on your profile icon and click "Your Profile". Scroll down to reviewer digest and choose if you would like to receive an email daily or weekly.
